JustHost after promotional period is way too bad...

After using justhost hosting provider for over 3 years, have come to the following experiences and conclusions:

It is great as long as you don't need to renew it! And as long as you can bear quite regular downtimer for your website and emails. For the promotional period the cost is great. But just now they simply suspended my account and want me to pay over 190$ for a 2 year hosting. I was shocked! No prior notice for account suspension or that I am due to pay! Nothing!
All our office work simply stops for a few days until we resolve this, simply incredible. Who will pay for these loses, huh?!!

After contacting renewal department they simply offer to pay 3 year plan and get a 20% discount. Or I have to pay 1 month fee of 10$ in order for me to transfer elsewhere...

Bad renewal policy! Very often server downtimes!
And for a high price after promotional period is over.
Should look for another hosting i guess.

Justhost server downtime

Just wanted to inform that the Justhost server is still experiencing problems with their server, which is getting really annoying. The problems occur for several hours almost every second week. For them it may happen during the night, but for me it's a daytime, so a big bummer as my website and emails are not working for those bits of time until I inform them and they restart their servers.

I asked them why this problem keep repeating so often, they just replied that they never promise 100% uptime. That is true as no other hosting provider promises 100% uptime and sometimes problems do happen, but it's kind of happening too often and is getting really annoying.

Also, as I access their servers from Europe, the website editing is kind of slow.
